WE ARE ALL DYING


So he thought. He remembered what his friend kept telling him, more like it was a personal mantra: "we are all dying", and then always followed by a resigned shrug, not a sad shrug, just a 'that's the way it is' shrug. 
Yes, he thought, we are all dying. We are all dying and in the process of dying, every day, and yet we are all living, and in the process of living, every day. Twin worlds, the living and the dying. Twin experiences, each equal and valid. All part of the grand wonderful mess that is life. Embrace both with equal joy, and you've got it made!
